Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.

 

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days after processing. Delivery times vary by product and location and are estimates, not guarantees.

 

Multiple packages

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package includes its own tracking.

 

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, and many items also ship to Canada and other countries. Available shipping options and rates for your address are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country; these are the buyer's responsibility.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days (30 business days for international orders), contact us and we'll help resolve it.
